14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

  • You may return any item for any reason within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Buyer-Paid Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as lost returns cannot be refunded.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

  • PayPal refunds require at least 14 days; in regions where local regulations permit up to 30 days for PayPal reversals, your refund may take as long as 30 days to appear.

Refund Procedure

  1. Request an RMA: Contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  2. Ship Your Return: Affix the RMA label and send the package to the address provided.

  3. Inspection & Notification: We’ll inspect the item(s) and email you once your return is approved or if we need additional information.

  4. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are automatically processed to the same payment account used for purchase.
