1. Returns & Refunds

1.1 14-Day Policy

• Unworn items (Heels/Boots/etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Exclusions: Custom 3D-printed Ballet Pumps (MQB platform) and smart insoles with activated sensors.

1.2 Refund Processing

• Standard refunds: 14+ business days (bank processing delays may apply).

• PayPal refunds: 14-30 days (varies by jurisdiction per PayPal regulations).

1.3 Shipping Costs

• Customers bear return shipping fees.

• Exception: Defective items verified by Wai Star Hk Limited’s DSG Warranty team.

2. Product-Specific Terms

2.1 Smart Footwear

• Heated Boots and step-tracking insoles require Wai Star Hk Limited Car-Net account linking.

• Data collection governed by separate Privacy Policy.

2.2 Custom Orders

• MQB-platform Wedges/Flat Shoes are non-returnable once 3D printing begins.

3. Payment & Currency

• All prices in EUR,GBP,USD,etc. (auto-converted at checkout).

• Chargebacks initiate 60-day investigation per Wai Star Hk Limited Group financial policy.

4. Governing Law & Disputes

• Jurisdiction: Hong Kong courts.

• Arbitration required before litigation (administered by HKIAC).

5. Warranty Claims

• 5-Year DSG Warranty covers:

  • Sole detachment (excludes normal wear).

  • Alloy buckle corrosion (aerospace-grade materials).

• Claims require proof of purchase + VIN (for Audi EV perks).

6. Limitation of Liability

• Wai Star Hk Limited not liable for:

  • Misuse of smart footwear data.

  • Third-party modifications (e.g., non-OEM heel replacements).

7. Amendments

• Changes notified via Wai Star Hk Limited Group’s newsletter (opt-out available).
